Our Team

Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

DSPs are the backbone of our agency. They support our persons served in their homes and communities by teaching life, social, and communication skills. DSPs assist with completing tasks like personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, etc. Their goal is to provide support in a way that allows the people we serve to be as independent as possible in all aspects of their lives, in healthy and safe ways.

Management Team

Our management team has decades of experience in providing support for adults with intellectual and development disability. They participate in developing support plans, coordinate health care and advocate for the people we serve. They manage our support programs including employment and finances by providing oversight/monitoring, training, and guidance to ensure compliance of state and federal regulations.
